VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Apr 25, 2017) - DuSolo Fertilizers Inc., (TSX VENTURE:DSF) ("DuSolo" or "the Company") announces that Mr. Leslie Shen has resigned as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"). Dr. Peter Ruxton will serve as the interim Chief Financial Officer ("interim CFO") while the Company conducts an executive search to identify a permanent CFO. Mr. Leslie Shen will remain with the Company in an advisory role to ensure an effective hand-over to Dr. Ruxton and to the Company's permanent CFO when identified.
Dr. Ruxton is a director of the Company and member of its Audit Committee. His appointment as interim CFO is effective from today, April 25, 2017.
