I received a direct message from Spectrascience this morning stating the following "We continue to work on long-term financing so we can complete development and begin commercialization of our technology for several large and important indications. Until then, we are conserving resources in anticipation of that financing. As soon as it is completed we will be issuing a press release and filing a form 8-K." GLTA
