Riga, Latvia, 2017-04-25 14:44 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Council of ABLV Bank re-elected the Board in the current composition for the next 5-year term of office, i.e., ending on 1 May 2022. Re-election of the composition of the Board is registered in the Commercial Register of the Register of Enterprises on 25 April. The persons re-elected to the bank’s Board were the following: Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ernests Bernis; Deputy Chairman of the Board, Deputy Chief Executive Officer (dCEO) Vadims Reinfelds; Member of the Board, Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) Aleksandrs Pāže; Member of the Board, Chief Information Officer (CIO) Rolands Citajevs; Member of the Board, Chief Risk Officer (CRO) Edgars Pavlovičs; Member of the Board, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Māris Kannenieks, and Member of the Board, Chief Operating Officer (COO) Romans Surnačovs. The European Central Bank has also approved the re-election of the current composition of the Board for a new term of office.
