The IHUB led SEC crimes are committed against US companies and therefore just like any other crime, the SEC can pursue them.
Many computer based crimes cross jurisdictions and most law enforcement agencies around the world cooperate with the US law enforcement agencies to pursue criminals in their countries.
IHUB is getting out of control. Before they were discreet about their attacks. Now they announce them ahead of time, how many people are involved, and how long it will go on for.
This proves that they organize, it is a group of people, and IHUB clearly oversees it by how they delete any posts and ban members who oppose their lies.
It just takes one SEC agent to grab the case and run with it. the good news is that the founder of the site was sent to jail by the SEC, so they know about the site already and they HATE repeat offenders.
We have to continually file complaints with the online SEC page.
The one thing I learned in my nine years of financial crimes investigations is that criminals always think they are the smartest person in the room...until they aren't.
Also, they don't regulate their criminal behavior, they increase it and that is when they get caught, because they get careless. IHUB admins are cocky and careless now.
IHUB is getting reckless with how blatant they are, how they are PMing members, and leaving an obvious paper trail.
They will get caught again if we keep on it.
