Well, anyone who tells investors ...
Folks, I suggest investors that own this POS call their brokers and ask them to sell their entire block of TECO for a penny, TOTAL.
They will gain a valuble tax write off for 2017, even though they have til the endo the year to do so, plus will be proud to see their statement at the end of the month.
TD or his bosses aere praying people to that so they can cover their illegal NSS, and begin accumulating when this goes to >20 when it spkies.
