He is clearly jealous of the GIGL success or a psychopath as you alluded too. The guy is full throttle, non stop, all day, posting bullshit or lies on the ihub GIGL board. They aren't stopping him<--- in fact they are restoring his removed posts.
I have posted the below message and will continue to do so on ihub. Let them (ihub or MOD) remove your post as off topic because you are posting information from the SEC. Let's see how/if the SEC likes being censored by the infamous ihub Admins<---- My money is on ihub losing that battle.
FWIW, I suggest ALL $GIGL investors read the Alert from the SEC warning about Rumors being spread on Social Media below (Ihub is social media FYI)
