I talked to Tony today. He's excited to say the least. They have "Cleaned up" a lot of things. The otc markets .com
"Stop" will be removed in a couple weeks as the paper work is finished. It's "going through legal" now and will be delivered to the SEC soon.
Sparta is a growing and active company. They USED to be a financier only...and still do that, BUT they also "build apps".
For example, they have built apps for Harley Davidson Motor Cycles....BUT not the BIG factory. NO to dangerous. They built an app for EACH Dealership. So each dealer buys the app then pays monthly to use it. IF they allowed Harley to buy then spread it, Harley would have so much power over them....you get it.
Go here: http://www.spartacommercial.com to see the "core". It's kinda' like "Car Fax". They have apps for bikes, cars, RVs and trucks. There are dealers, like the Harley thing, that use the apps for EACH vehicle. Used vehicle dealers BEFORE they buy, get a report to keep from getting burned. IF you get the app on your phone and go to BUY a vehicle, YOU can check the back ground. The dealers use the apps also to contact customers when it's time for service ect.
They even sold an app to keep track of a race horse here in Dallas named, "Smooth Talking Style". Come to find out they own 60 animals and want them for those also.

Look for days in the near future with buys of millions because there are people of substance looking to get in. Watch, he says, for those large buys to prove what he's saying. As many as 20m 40m 60m to one buyer...
They also sold an app to "Grass Hopper" on Co.
After the flings are in and the STOP is off, things will change. PRs will be coming. Lots to report going on.
I bought 120,000 last week at .003. Chicken feed but I think I'll be accumulating over the next couple weeks.....
