A comment and a question:
1. The company can and did change its name with state Secretary of State. It is legal and does not depend on whether Finra approves it or not.
2. Can you explain the exact way a naked short is created and does not get detected by Reg. SHO? And how did it escape the CNS prior to the suspension

Is Treaty Energy still telling folks that NSS are to blame for the predicament they are in??? I believe Treaty Energy needs to publicly address all the rumors and bad/misleading information that they have contributed too by not making information publicly available, informing "investors" of the truth of where they stand with the Grey Market, SEC filings, debt, and the SEC...
