I would like TD to show us the wording in the SEC

I would like TD to show us the wording in the SEC settlement that says Treaty can't receive loans from shareholders to fund the audits. Of course TD can't seem to comprehend that Treaty did not admit or deny guilt in that agreement. But like he says, he's no securities lawyer! LOL!
