(OTCQB: CDIF) announced today Morningstar, Inc. a leading provider of independent investment research in North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia, has assigned Cardiff a Five Stars quantitative equity rating, as of April 19, 2017. Morningstar, Inc. offers an extensive line of products and services for individual investors, financial advisors, asset managers, retirement plan providers and sponsors, and institutional investors in the private capital markets.
