Treaty settled with the SEC, the US Gov't Agency Law Enforcement Agency that oversees the trading.
Bruce Gwyn gets a small fine for Class C Felonies. No prison time
Treaty settled without admitting or denying guilt. The SEC is allowing Treaty to continue once we become complaint.
