The latest lawsuit from St. George is bullish. It means they want their shares. The suit was formally filed 3/23 after the partnership with Jillian Michaels was announced and the shares ran 100% from $0.10 to $0.20 they must've been pissed to not have whatever additional shares they wanted. They are holding 9milly as of 4/07/17:

The company can pay off this loan with adequate funding which will be announced any day. Just like investors have been lining up in the past several months. I have no doubt in my mind that investment banks will want to get a piece of the action. They will look at the LOI for the Tanofran location along with the new celebrity ambassadors.
