1-Califonrina gone green- prop 64 passed in Novemeber along with other states
2-420 Prop. Management is located mainly in Calf. were current properties are located. http://www.420prop.com
3-Convertible Debt all extinguished in current filings and no current dilution seen on chart or filings.
4-FTPM- moved from .0005 to .0019 on low volume..traders are noticing that
5-No active current diluting mm's on L2
6- Low OS & Float for a penny mj stock
7-Management relationship with a large canadian mj company
8- Penny stock offer great gains vs traditional stocks in a shorter time frame
9- New/updates confirmed to start in January.
10- FTPM is current in filings & has full OTC disclose
11- FINRA/SEC approved name change to 420 Property Management
12-A considerable amount of time, audits, money, accountants, paperwork goes into a name and cussip change event...its all completed and approved.
