I also got the same sort of "guarded" replies from management whenever it came to criticizing them about certain things that they did and did not do. Like many here I criticized them for wasting 100K on the Wall Street conference and questioned why they did not participate in Cannatech 2017 being held in their own backyard.

Ziv was a disgrace and I'm glad if I had a role in getting him replaced. As a buyer of restricted shares in their fund raising efforts I felt that I had a right to raise my concerns. In my last email to management, a week before Ziv was let go, I criticized Ziv for not even having the decency to reply to my emails, but apparently had lots of time posting about food and what he was about to eat!(true, just check out his personal Facebook page). I also mentioned that just prior to his presentation at the Wall Street conference he was posting and replying his brains off on his personal Facebook page about the most mundane things that you can imagine. WTF? This is the clown that I entrusted my money with? I could have slapped him silly for being such an idiot! GOOD RIDDANCE!!

I think that we may have turned a corner and I'm really looking forward to the next few weeks. GLTY!
