In her Opening Statement, Judge Jeanine Pirro slammed left-wing "snowflakes" as "wimps" who are trying to silence conservative free speech.
Pirro pointed to the situation involving conservative author Ann Coulter, who was invited to speak at UC-Berkeley, then disinvited, then had her speech postponed.
She said the same school hosted a speech by former Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad without pushback from the administration or students.

She criticized Berkeley Mayor Jesse Arreguin (D) for appearing to instruct his police force to stand-down after violent "Antifa" rioters caused $100 thousand in damage protesting a speech by Milo Yiannopoulos-- which resulted in a single arrest.
Pirro called out the protesters as "wimps" who need a "college play pen" because they would otherwise be subjected to opposing views.
"Go find a bunker to hide in for the next 50 years because you're not going to make it in the real world," she said.
Pirro said situations like those at Berkeley are happening nationwide and warned of America becoming a "fascist, totalitarian society" with only one acceptable viewpoint.
"It's time to fight back," she said.
