I dont see my investment as a roll of the dice or spin of a roulette wheel. I didnt invest in this for a quick flip. I had that opportunity when it spiked (several times). In hindsight- I should have. I looked at the overall opportunity, the niche in the marketplace they could exploit, the connections McKay had in China to make it happen (key to doing business over there), and the fact you cant fake NAVAIR certification. Many OTC scams are built on BS and pipe dreams.
That being said- I want to know where the delineation is between the real potential and the BS. I want others to consider the same and not just roll over and say "that is what you get with the OTC." If there was nothing behind the $0.01 PPS and share price reductions - then fraud and securities violations were committed. If they purposely drove down the price to buy back through a 3rd party to flip endlessly or take company private - fraud was committed and security violations were committed. They were insiders with fiduciary responsibility as well as Bill. Forward looking statements and disclaimers do NOT cover fraud and manipulation.
Bill may not like my approach or appreciate the bias - but it was made clear from the beginning. Shareholders MUST be their own watchdog in this realm and must vigorously pursue truth to dofferentiate between the BS and reality.
For months I laid out the lack of feasibility or rationale behind the $0.01 PPS target and OS reduction. I provided numbers. Ironically the same ones Muse mocked me for. IR and company refused to validate any of the targets or how they realistically could achieve them.
At this point - it is up to the company to produce results and prove legitimacy. They shredded it with the IR fiasco that drove off long term shareholders and would be investors. Was that intentional or were they really just thin skinned, incompetent pricks that had no concept how to treat people or drive consensus (even if they were completely competent in MRVBs/advanced trading platforms)? It is hard to believe they could be that disconnected or that the company could be that oblivious. Again, it is up to them to prove the end game IS/WAS in the best interest of all shareholders but specifically anything AFTER the $0.01 PPS target. That date the target was made public and the current PPS level at the time are where the damages start. At 0.0002 and 3x the OS - they are rising quickly.
