I also take it as a good sign that the March 23 case brought against them by St. George was included in the 10-k. They wanted that information out there as soon as possible. Could have even been the reason for the delayed 10-k. Wouldn't be surprised.
Very easy to ignore the potentially positive side of all this with the falling share price. If they come out on top in this case, either in court or settlement, the debt situation of this company looks exponentially better than a year ago and the company can honestly forecast no further dilution through such agreements.
All goes well and this company looks substantially better with 100% improvement in EPS and investments from celebrity ambassadors. And that's just what we know of. Any expansion news at all and this stock has room to absolutely fly.
