Great points GS, but I think it's more of inexperience in otc tickers. Just a guess but comments like "don't go public if not capable of full filling orders and making sure the investors are getting a pay back.". Kinda says it all. The OTC Markets is the biggest scam ever perpetrated on investors, the only reason these companies went public is because they couldn't get legitamite financing, they can't get a SMall buisness loan, they can't get a personal loan, hell they probably can't even get a payday loan. The only reason the OTC exists is to sell shares and sucker in investors hoping to turn a quick buck. For companies that finally made thru the death spiral and are turning profits they're riddled with billions of shares and will most likely end up doing a RS at some point suckering in more investors that were to lazy to read the filings. There's no need to do DD other then knowing when conversions are due. You want DD. Look at the PPS that says it all. Investing in OTC markets Is a lottery ticket and nothing more. Your not gonna find the next MFST. Your not gonna find the next AMZN. The best thing you can do if choosing to invest in OTC markets is know that all of them are full of shit before putting your hard earned money into any of them
