What he doesn't understand is the minds of investors.
Some people have 20, 30, 50 M shares and at a penny makes them worth anywhere from $ 200,000 to $ 500,000 dollars.
Treaty is having no problem raising the money. I think most investros would rather risk $ 1000 to right hte ship and get this to 1 cent minimum.
