CEO laid it out 10k and pr was straight forward. Their 2 stores almost equaled revenue from 3 a year ago.
They already get 70% of lease. Celebrities frequent their stores for free so its a cool place to hangout typically companies have to pay for that.
Getting free buildouts gonna be a nice year am long here.
