Looks like Treasury is 'off the reservation'. Pooty may want to start leaking some shit about Donald, 'spurned' lover and such. LOL!
MSNBC is reporting that the Treasury department has just ruled that several US companies, including Exxon will not be receiving waivers for the Russian imposed sanctions.
This is obviously a huge deal for both Exxon and Putin as it leaves their joint $500B oil agreement frozen for the foreseeable future. I will update this with a link to a corroborating article once one becomes available.
