It is also good to know, for general information, that a lot of times when a company increases the share count, it also means that the shares are diluted in value, because there are more of them.
On the other hand that is not always the case such as the case we have here where the company is doing that for growth of the company and added value.
If they were doing so simply to raise money, the shares would be diluted. There is a big difference. GLTA.
