ABLV Bank invests in SG Capital Partners Fund 1 li

Riga, Latvia, 2017-04-21 07:45 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On April 20, 2017, ABLV Bank, AS, as a limited partner, has made the first part of contribution to SG Capital Partners Fund 1, KS. The amount of contributions to SG Capital Partners Fund 1, KS registered with the Commercial Register is EUR 41,160,000, including the ABLV Bank, AS contribution in the amount of EUR 10,000,000. ABLV Bank, AS holds 24.29% of SG Capital Partners Fund 1, KS, therefore, the contribution to the said limited partnership forms the qualifying holding. SG Capital Partners Fund 1, KS is a fund that is managed by the alternative mutual fund management company SIA SG Capital Partners AIFP and that specializes in investments in real estate. The ABLV Group’s company New Hanza Capital, AS owns 30% of capital shares of SIA SG Capital Partners AIFP. This announcement contains inside information.
