I don’t think a lot of people who trade Pinks / or OTC other, even know that NASDAQ is over OTC and all reverses, forward splits, name changes, mergers and/or reverse merger must be submitted to NASDAQ for approval, and if approved, they are the ones that set the effective date and change in the stock price that pops up the next day to a lot of surprised shareholders, since most OTC’s don’t bother to inform of the planned stock consolidation… LOL..
As I said, it makes no difference what entity they file whatever they need to file with-by now they have the proper entity if it isnt Nasdaq-they were filing the name change with some market connected group-maybe that entity ended up being finra as js claimed
beyond the name change I dont know what they need to file w the market group (separately from NVSOS) -but they DO know and that whats important-and its not unusual to do these things
