Ragz, my earlier post when I mentioned the BTL contract I wasn't trying to say you said anything. Your interpretation of TPAC having a 10 year contract was just like everyone else's thoughts.
Here is the email from Bill stating there is no 10 year contract. Sorry folks I didn't want to post this but I am sick and tired of watching this board tear itself apart on Bill and Muses constant lies. With what has been said I'm sure we are closer to having a class action law suit then this thing ever moving up.
I told you that TPAC didn't say anything about a 10 year contract and furthermore we will not disclose the terms of a contract. I have said many times that TPAC Muse is NOT TPAC, so what they say is prompted by their thoughts and don't necessarily reflect the views of TPAC. My initial reply wasn't good enough for you so you opted to press the issue. I will not be pushed into providing the information you requested and I told you that the first time. I am past the point of arguing with people about what we should and shouldn't release.
You are blocked because you won't accept a reasonable answer. I've seen this with other people. You want me to release a contract. That will never happen. You want me to release details of a contract. Again, and I have made this clear many times, that will not happen again after the Timken debacle. Rather than accept this, you continue to press. I don't have the time or patience for that. And I am not going to use Twitter to argue back and forth with you. Obviously my answer was unacceptable to you but rather than accept it you want to argue it in an inappropriate manner in an inappropriate forum. That's not the purpose of Twitter.
