Keep eyes on Sanofi and Perrigo. Two companies with the back end (sales-service-marketing) covered and a diabetes focus. All each of these companies needs is an infusion of innovation, a handful of people who know how to develop products, and a brand.
Companies like Sanofi and Perrigo don't spend all day reading message boards, and they don't bring down companies by trashing management like penny stock traders who trade for their own accounts.
Sanofi acquired products from AgaMatrix several years ago. AgaMatrix was close to KB, he helped them with their early version remote meter. Could there be something there?
