for 2 weeks they've been *telegraphing* (and i rarely read there) intent to reset
52 week low on CTIX
time is running out .. but they never stop until they have zero options left
because if they can *get a legit sell* of X CTIX .. they can make 10x that
*visible*
it's a completely perverted system with little RT (real time) transparency
and the entity at fault for allowing this garbage is the SEC
ever notice how the SEC aids and abets those *entities who short* US Equities
they can *collude* but investors (longs) .. can't
