No money has changed hands yet. The 10Q practically states that flat out. SS is not going to pay GC anything as long as the product is still in D&R mode. No telling how long it will take GC to complete the V-12 conversion and get it field tested.
My question is why is GC not selling the smaller gen sets that have already been built and running? The answer may be that SS needs more of them than GC can produce, and he can't produce them without working capital. It's a catch 22.
IMO, when money changes hands GC will announce it the same day.
