I cannot be certain of what I was told about Medmar being in every state that permits medical marijuana, but if they're not yet, I'm sure it will be their goal.
If I understand the way individual State laws work, the cannabis component used in the psoriasis cream, or anything else sold there, must be grown in the State where it's being used. Hopefully it's simply possible to manufacture the cream without the cannabis component in bulk, and add the cannabis component in each state, but I don't know that this is possible. If this isn't possible, every state may need to have a substantial outlay by Medmar to develop production facilities in every state.
Clearly, the entire cannabis industry could be dramatically streamlined if it were legalized nationwide. I'm uncertain, but believe that if it were moved to category 3, the transportation over state's borders mig ht be resolved, but I'm not certain of that.
I frankly have never been a user. I've gathered that marijuana from certain places was known to be more potent, or have higher concentrations of certain components. I gather that it's possible to grow essentially any variety under hothouse conditions. I simply would think that costs could be reduced dramatically if it could be transported across state lines, and certain varieties grown outdoors, instead of in hot houses.
