I know your lying because Joey doesn't get back with people as easily as your making it seem. He is a busy man. Sometimes it takes a few days/week before I hear back from him. Your making it as if he is just a phone call away for you.

Not too mention, why would you send me the message you sent me? Can anyone else explain to me why in the world another user would send me the message below and now have claimed to spoke with the CEO? Why didn't you ask him first? Please, I am all ears. Open to all interpretations.

Just wanted to say thanks for bringing GIGL to my and others attention. Got in early at .015-.02 and have a pretty substantial amount of shares (+2MM). After going through the 10-k filed yesterday, I think it is time for me to tap out. I think this is going to be great long term. I just think it is going to be at least two years before this gets any traction. Based on PR and 10-k, not sure if they will get another company store up and running in 2017. They need minimum $700k to open a new store and don't know if there is any indication they can get that. I was hopeful for some potential franchises but I don't see that path for a while as it is pretty hard to franchise if they don't have a profitable store yet. I wouldn't open a franchise that is not making money. I was hopeful with Jillian and Tia but not a whole lot to describe there involvement other than some PR. Also, disappointed to not see Kaufman and Gay listed in the 10-k anywhere. They are referred to as officers in PR's but not in the 10-k. Unfortunately, I think the market has beat me to distribution, so it will be very difficult to bring down my share count without further price erosion. Again, thanks for the discovery and DD.
