i've been contrasting *volume* re: PTOI and GIGL
both are OTCQB .. meaning both are totally compliant specific to filings
interesting to note the change in the share structure for GIGL from their last Q
to their recently filed 10K
GIGL filed their 10K this month (after filing an NT .. like many OTC companies do)
GIGL filed the Q in Dec 2016 (again after filing an NT in November 2016)
note the change out of the SS/IO .. from Dec 2016 to April 2017
that is a *dilution* by mgmt of 79,364,510 shares of GIGL in 4 months

in contrast .. here's the Q ending Sept 2013 .. (P2O wrested back mid August 2013) .. filed in Nov 2013
and then the last 10K .. filed in March 2017 ..
