Folks , I did some important DD about Illegal NSS that has infiltrated TECO.
A Hedge Fund will cover at any price due to the momentum of others willing to pay a higher price. If a hedgy doesn't get in at .02, then he will be paying .03 until who knows how high it goes.
Here's a start.

0.0005 ? 0.0004 (400.00%)
Volume: 25,000 @ 11:33:36 AM ET
Too bad for the Hedge Funds trying to cover no one is selling. I see this easily going to .20 when they do start selling.
I've heard stories and learned by talking to others on other NSS stocks where hedge fund boiler rooms would reach out for contact info of shareholders.
I suggest all shareholders contact their brokers with their most current information allowing their brokers to give the information out.
They would call individual shareholders and make outrageous offers for their shares just to stay out of trouble.
They can contact me $ 1.00 per share. It could get interesting folks.
