I won't say that one company is better than anothe

I won't say that one company is better than another, but I use e-trade for myself. I don't pay any annual fees and no minimum trading requirements. However, since I (very easily) make more than 10 trades per quarter, I only pay $4.95 per trade and have free access to their upgraded trading platform. I have traded 10 Mil. shares of penny stocks, and still only pay $4.95.
