If it means anything...OTCMarkets.com still shows SEC Reporting = Current with a 4 star rating from Morningstar.
So...yeah, maybe she's not really late. I thought it was pretty clear based on the SEC calendar, but with Good Friday and Emancipation Day, maybe everything got pushed back.
I guess patience is the best course here and hope for some amazing updates in the near future.
