What? They are bringing the cream to market without FDA approval. If they want to make a drug out of it yes they will need FDA approval and go that route. THEY ARE FIRST AND FORMOST BRINGING THE CREAM TO MARKET AS A COSMETIC. This has been stated many times. They will be doing double blinded studies for OTHER skin disorders as well as our myeloma formulation from my understanding. Yes these studies WILL cost millions and will take time, but in the meantime we are bringing our cream to market AS A COSMETIC. BTW I think they going to try and get IND status on our myeloma formula through the FDA.
