60,000 shares at .085 - what is that, a little over 5000 after fees?
He probably needed a little cash to cover that check to the ir-whatever he wrote April 18th for last years taxes.

Been there, done that for sure!
As I have noted, all the management is very interested in the pps going well over the dollar mark, since someday they wish to sell theirs for a heck of a lot more than .085! Plus getting uplisted!
