(“Africa Oil”, “AOC” or the “Company”) announces that all of the nominees proposed as directors and listed in its management proxy circular dated March 10, 2017 were elected as directors at its Annual General Meeting of shareholders held in Vancouver, British Columbia on April 19, 2017, the results being as follows:
