The reason they need the money now is to pocket it as profit. This is evidenced by the fact that they are spending close to nothing on actual work.
Please read the 10-K fine print carefully. It says that "We have not generated significant revenue during the years ended December 31, 2016 and 2015. We have operating expenses related to general and administrative expenses and research and development expenses. During the year ended December 31, 2016, we incurred a net loss of $2,287,329 due principally to general and administrative expenses of $ 2,006,216 and research and development expenses of $141,858, adjusted for convertible loans of $180,340, exchange differences on principal of long-term loan of $16,972, other finance income of $8,057 compared to a net loss of $1,654,988 due to general and administrative expenses of $1,380,029, research and development expenses of $271,394, and financing expenses of $3,565 in the prior year."
Administrative expenses are mostly profit. 2 million in admin. expenses and 141k in actual science? Is that some type of joke? They are not putting their money into growing the company. They are just trying to profit as much as possible at our expense. these high salaries are the reason why the company suffered such a major loss last year and the year before and the reason why dilution is necessary. If these thieves would just lower their salaries by 30%, the company would explode.

Here is what happens when the mods are against me: if I make even 1 mistake, the admins will uphold the deletion by the mods, but if someone attacks me, violating pretty much every rule, then a simple mod refusal to delete is enough and the admins do not get involved.
Also, I am the only person who does not get enraged at others' posts, mostly because I am unbiased. I am in search of the truth. Those who abuse the most have huge stakes in the company and therefore want to silence those who disagree with them
