getting more CONFIDENT "MAY" RALLY coming.
I really thought the stock would drop hard on
that 10K and it did test .01187 but amazingly finished
GREEN and now we back that up with another
GREEN day.
Market is clearly looking ahead to not just Good
news but GREAT news coming.
I think CEO is working on INTERNATIONAL
CONTRACTS and that will be a major factor
sending ICNB finally over .03+ when its PRd.
