Correction made in the second paragraph. The settlement of final takeover bid was completed on March 27, 2017.
Nasdaq Riga decided on April 18, 2017 to approve the application of AS "Talsu mežrūpniecība" and delist its 230 000 bearer shares (ISIN LV0000100139, ticker TMA 1R) from the Baltic Secondary List. The last listing day of AS "Talsu mežrūpniecība" is set on April 24, 2017.
AS '"Talsu mežrūpniecība" shareholders resolved on applying for delisting from the regulated market in the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on January 13, 2017. Mandatory an final takeover bid was launched, and it closed on March 21, 2017. The settlemet of final takeover bid was completed on March 27, 2017. In result of the manadatory and final takeover bid Gatis Štāks owns 495 699 or 100% of AS "Talsu mežrūpniecība" shares.
