Alpha is in the permitting phase at either state or local municipality level according to Mosel. He says permitting is moving quickly and they are fully funded. SS's customer is already looking for customers to offload his stored energy - something I would have assumed he'd have in his pocket before undertaking such a massive capital expenditure.
Mosel also says funding is all by privateer as the banks aren't ready to diverge from what they know to be safe bets.
Looks like months before we hear anything significant unless GC gets that V12 up and running in the interim.
