Before the negative 10-K was released, OWCP was hovering in the .90s, with support lines at 1.20, .90, .70, .50, .18. Unfortunately, we have to take into consideration both chart and news and a slight, but significant adjustment has to be made to these 3 numbers after yesterday’s release of the 10-K.
We can shift the support lines down by about 15 cents to 1.05, .75, .55, .35, .05 and these numbers have proven reliable. 1.05 has been tested the last 2 days and has clearly failed. .75 was tested and it hit .73, which is cause for concern. The probability of OWCP going below .80 is very high. It is a given that buying in the .80s is a very bad idea. Do not buy on open. HOLD! All evidence suggests that it will go below .75 after bouncing off it slightly and test .55. If you are a day trader, you can buy around .75 and go for a quick flip, but you have to be very alert because buying above .75 is playing with fire. If you are a prospective LONG who is looking to get in for the long haul or if you are a NEW investor who is just learning, absolutely do not buy above .60. Even then, if you buy in the .55-.60 range, do not spend more than half your money there. There is a very good chance that buying at .40 will be possible. Target prices to buy at: .60, .40.
This adjustment is due to the alarming rate of dilution and the obvious effect that it has been having on the PPS coupled with the fact that dilution will not stop any time soon, both of which was clearly stated in the 10-K. The crooked fine print finally revealed the true nature of this overpriced stock to the investors. For months, high level officials within the company had been verbally lying to those who called the corporate office. If anyone called them they said that there is NO DILUTION planned, which turned out to be a blatant lie. They said that very emphatically because they know that most of the people who call them are desperate people who probably won’t read the actual 10-K, especially given how long it is. They also know that if they say yes, then those particular people who called would stay away from this dangerous stock. Then when the dilution was finally announced 2 days ago and it was revealed that dilution had been going on the last 2 months, the investors decided to take the safe approach and get out. It was a good decision since the revenue from dilution had been used for dubious purposes which put the company further into debt and the company has no other sources of revenue besides stock dilution.
