None of what I'm about to say pertains directly to

If you're truly invested in US Global, the Bid/Ask is irrelevant. It's pointless to analyze a stock's daily, or even weekly movements when it has very low liquidity, especially when the company's future has enormous potential. And I'm not of the opinion that the market is "telling us something" when we see large share volumes on the Ask. As Delta said, it's simply someone with a large number of shares who wants to continue buying the stock around .005. That should actually be good news, but again, are you invested, or are you just trying to flip the stock?
How many billionaire stock traders have you heard of (I bet the answer is "none"...)? Now ask yourself: how many billionaire investors can you name off the top of your head (Buffet, Munger, Soros, Icahn, Cuban, Lemonis, Sacca, etc.)?
No one got rich by looking at a stock's activity when the average liquidity amounts to under $50K/day. If you want money for next month's rent, this stock isn't for you. You can make good money trading high-volume OTC stocks if you're smart. But not the type of money that investing in a $50M startup international airline this close to certification will generate for you over 3-5 years. Not even close. It's the type of money you can't even dream about. Someone here (I think it was PICCLINER) mentioned he owns close to .01% of the company, or roughly 10M shares, which is close to what I own as well. Do you have any clue how much that'll be worth if we can get 10 planes flying?
Imagine owning .01% of UAL, DAL, or AAL. Imagine owning even .0001% of any of those companies. Think about it - unless you've got a good reason to believe you're going to die soon, it's likely you'll be around at least another 3-5 years, right? If Tony can pull this off and get US Global in the air this year, the most idiotic decision you could make is to sell a significant % of your ownership before US Global is a multi-billion-dollar airline.
Never be surprised by the daily trading fluctuations or Unicorn Bid/Asks (like 18M on the Ask at .0054 yesterday) when we're seeing at most $200K/day exchanged.
The major accomplishments that will get the stock price up are:
1) Aircraft Lease Contracts
2) Certification
3) Ticket Sales
4) Marketing
5) ....and ultimately, a Quarterly Report showing revenue.
The rebranding and reverse split will lay the foundation for growth, but of themselves are not going to have any impact on the market cap, as we've seen this week. The company isn't interested in pumping the stock. They're trying to create a successful business. It's only inevitable that the market cap will grow.
