I strongly believe settlements are coming. Don't you dare to think for a second that Ropes & Gray will be representing a company that is going to be belly up soon. IMO if they took the case after doing their extensive research is because BIG money is coming from settlements.

While you are out there selling your shares someone else is buying big and taking advantage of the situation. I will watch the action today and i know I will be adding more before the end of the week.

If you sold high and bought low... congrats, well played. I just hope you dont get caught without "enough" shares when the settlement news hit.
