Good morning all. Question ......
Does anyone have any kind of confirmation on the total amount of actual shareholders on record for the CEN shares ? My thoughts are that number is about 42,000 .
I do not have any confirmation on that number though. For some reason it is in my head and may have come from reading a document somewhere or another blog, or both. Point is I am not sure so if someone could confirm, I would really appreciate that. Want to stick with facts here as much as possible.
The reason is that I am attempting to figure out the distribution ratio for the 100,000,000 shares from Eastern Star. If my number is correct, or close, then it would be just a little over 23 shares per shareholder for every one share of CEN owned.
Now, putting a number of money value on that will not be able to be done with out knowing all of the assets, which I understand are substantial and will also increase as this merger takes it's final form.
We should stick with the facts and what we can show as much as possible to keep this board strong for the long, and reduce the BS.
So, any assistance here would be very helpful. Thanks. GLTU
