Feldkamp's clients have included ABUS, Claas, Diehl, Haribo, Kuhn, Zentis and many others. He has placed C-level executives and functional leaders in operations, engineering, sales/marketing, product development, supply chain and human resources. 

Feldkamp most recently served as an executive vice president at another leading global executive search firm focused on large and middle market growth organizations, private equity and VC portfolio companies. 

Prior to executive search, Feldkamp was a principal at a leading management consulting firm specializing in European business interests in the Americas, holding roles in Germany and the U.S. 

Feldkamp holds a bachelor's degree in history and literature from the University of Kent and a master's degree in economics from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth. He is fluent in German and has working knowledge of French.
