Delisting of AS „Talsu mežrūpniecība” share

Nasdaq Riga decided on April 18, 2017 to approve the application of AS „Talsu mežrūpniecība” and to delist its 230 000 bearer shares (ISIN LV0000100139, ticker TMA1R) from the Baltic Secondary List. The last listing day of AS „Talsu mežrūpniecība”” is set on April 24, 2017.
AS „Talsu mežrūpniecība” shareholders resolved on applying for delisting from the regulated market in the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on January 13, 2017. Mandatory and final takeover bid was launched, and it closed on March 21, 2017. The settlement of final takeover bid was completed on March 23, 2017. In the result of the mandatory and final takeover bid Gatis Štāka owns 495 699 or 100% of AS „Talsu mežrūpniecība” shares.
