In accordance with section 29 of the Danish Securities and Trading Act, we have been informed that EDJ-Gruppen, Ejendomsmægler MDE Eivind Dam Jensen, Esbjerg, after the share buy-back offer and the annulment of Cemat A/S’s own shares on 19 April 2017 holds a portfolio of 30.42 % of the share capital or votes in Cemat A/S.
