That's right. The way to win at a game is to learn the rules and play by them. Even then it is so hard. Worrying at the rules is a distraction. Trying to change the rules, or complaining about them is not a winning game. The playing field is what it it.
Very few master this skill at the most read site. It is important and unfortunate that often just a couple bashers become experts at playing the game.
The same is true about the markets. MMs, shorts, funds, bit players, etc. the reality is what it is and we're not going to change it, certainly not in any one stock. So, we trade around their games, like mice feeding at an elephants feet. Focus on eating ourselves and not getting stepped on, not worrying that the elephant is getting more and decides where, what and how to eat and push the food around. We can't control the elephants.
