Based solely upon a review of (i) copies of the Section 16(a) filings received during or with respect to 2016 and 2017 and (ii) certain written representations of our officers and directors, we believe that the following filings for our current officers and directors required to be made pursuant to Section 16(a) of the Exchange Act during and with respect to 2016 were not filed .
OK, so this last bit was sent to me from a friend I got invested in this stock. IS this a typo, or does this mean some Section 16(a) forms (insider ownership of more than 10%) were NOT filed in 2016?
